Empower students to use technology for good with the Twin Science Robotics and Coding School Kit. Students will dive into coding, robotics, artificial intelligence, and sustainability concepts as they learn about real-world issues and create prototypes to brainstorm solutions. Through the engaging hands-on activities, students hone their creativity, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. This kit is also compatible with LEGO® elements.
Each Twin Science Robotics and Coding Kit can be used by four students simultaneously, allowing for collaborative engagement and interactive learning. Students can code projects using the Twin Coding mobile app or the Twin Coding Web Lab app, which is web based. These apps enable students to write their own programs and access sample programs.
This kit comes with a subscription to the Twin Science Educator Portal, which provides access to the curriculum and activities for the kit as well as discussion questions and talking points. The kit also includes two 1-year Twin Science premium student app licenses.
Craft Materials Sold Separately
The Robotics and Coding Kit includes only the electronic modules and other nonconsumable components needed to complete the activities. The craft materials are sold separately.
The required craft materials are easy-to-find resources common to most classrooms. The list of materials is provided in the following Resources section. Pitsco also offers a consumables bundle, which provides a majority of the craft materials needed for the kit.
