Let’s Get Together

Pitsco is all about meeting you where you currently are – not just in terms of your classroom and student needs, but also literally.

We love to connect and collaborate. Events are a great opportunity for us to do just that. We strive to build strong relationships within the Pitsco family, and when we can’t meet face-to-face, a virtual connection is our next best option.

See what we’ve been up to in the areas of Coding, Robotics, STEM, and Full-Scale Programs in our virtual convention, or check out where we’ll be in the future below.

SkillsUSA (USAR)
SkillsUSA is a partnership of students, teachers and industry working together to ensure America has a skilled workforce. SkillsUSA helps each student excel. The Urban Search & Rescue Challenge tasks students with creating a remote-controlled robot like those employed by emergency service personnel. The challenge teaches numerous workforce skills, including teamwork, problem-solving, and technical and engineering design. The USAR competition offers the opportunity to build robots and character.

“It’s not just the essential skills that students are walking away with. They’re learning. They’re gaining a soft skill, that design-thinking component.”

– Dr. Tory C. Hill, superintendent, Sweeny (TX) ISD, on STREAM Missions labs and STEM Units

“I love all of the hands-on activities! The enthusiasm from all of the presenters was wonderful. I enjoyed the hands-on activities and the incorporation of ELA into each lesson . . . real life!”
