Although not limited to outdoor racing, Pitsco’s Light Speed is a two-lane speed-tracking system with specially designed sensor modules that enable you to get your solar race on. In addition to solar car races, it can also be used for electric, mousetrap, propeller, or any other cars that race on a string.
Whether the Sun is shining bright or storm clouds are forming overhead, the race can proceed as scheduled. The Light Speed timing system has you covered indoors and out.
Includes a battery-powered option (eight AA batteries, sold separately) that provides a three-hour run.
