The 1st Grade Computer Science program engages young learners in the exciting world of coding and problem-solving using Bee-Bot® Programmable Robots. With simple directional commands, students develop sequencing, spatial reasoning, and algorithmic thinking as they guide Bee-Bot through mazes, grids, and color-coded challenges.
The program includes the Bee-Bot PreK–2 Activity Bundle, Changeable Maze, and Sound Squares, offering endless opportunities for storytelling, exploration, and creative play. Using accessories like Pushers, Pen Holders, and Sequence Cards, students bring their ideas to life while practicing debugging, planning, and teamwork.
Supported by the Blue-Bot® Curriculum Volume 1 and Early Learning Activity Guide, this program provides teachers with structured 30–45-minute lessons that connect to core subjects and inspire foundational computer science skills through hands-on learning.
