About Smart Science

Smart Science Education is the brainchild of Edward Keller, a former high school science teacher who faced a huge challenge: do great, safe activities for students every week, without access to lab equipment. Now, his virtual labs help educators nationwide combat that same challenge while making science learning stick and even improving test scores, despite budgetary or staffing limitations.

With Pitsco Education, these lab selections have been curated for classrooms and educators who strive to develop natural scientific inquiry in their students but struggle with costs, safety, and space needed to do traditional science labs.
