The Bambu Lab P1S 3-D Printer brings all the great features of the P1P to your classroom, but also features a fully-enclosed printing chamber and a more powerful cooling solution to keep the internal temperature more stable for printing. The P1S’s mainboard comes with a horizontal heatsink and dedicated cooling fan to provide enhanced cooling performance.

The P1S works right out of the box, requiring approximately 15 minutes of setup time. This classroom-friendly printer’s CoreXY system allows for high-speed 3-D printing with up to 20,000 mm/s² print head acceleration. The printer’s control algorithm, vibration compensation, and pressure advance provide speed without compromising quality. Its automatic bed leveling (ABL) sensor calibrates and levels the bed properly, helping to ensure a successful first layer print.

The P1S comes with the Bambu Automatic Material System (AMS), enabling students to create complex multicolor projects. The AMS can print with up to 16 spools and supports automatic filament reload to help ensure all filament is used before switching to a new one.
