Returning Merchandise

It is important to contact us before you ship the merchandise to us. Instructions for shipping your return can vary depending on your situation. Also, when you contact us, you will receive a Return Authorization Number, which will ensure that your return will be processed efficiently.

  • Opened software cannot be returned.
  • Hazardous items cannot be returned.
  • Repack the merchandise in the box in which you received it if possible. Include adequate packing material to protect the item and close the box securely with packing tape.
  • Write your Return Authorization Number on the shipping label.
