The 1:16 scale (3/4" equals 1') framing material is high-quality balsa wood. Material is cut to same proportions as full-size lumber. Kits contain balsa wood materials, scale working drawings, instructions, miter jig (two-bedroom and A-frame kits only), cutting tools, tape measure, nails, and work/display base.
