With its groundbreaking TagTile® system, KUBO introduces the concepts of coding in an easy, hands-on, screen-free way so that children can become creators, innovators, and designers of our future technologies.
With KUBO, students piece together icon-based tiles to create instructions, or code, for their robot to execute. The solution requires no additional technology and is so simple you can be up and running in fewer than five minutes and well on your way to introducing the basics of computational thinking.
This screen-free, hands-on solution provides everything you need to teach coding and computational thinking to students throughout elementary school. KUBO comes with free lesson plans, quick-start guides, and video tutorials and develops skills from basic to advanced levels.
The KUBO Coding++ Single Bundle provides a total of 126 TagTiles to use with your KUBO robot and activity maps. The tiles, which snap together like the pieces of a puzzle, allow control of basic movements, time, speed, distance, and direction. Students have endless possibilities to develop increasingly complex programs using functions, subroutines, loops, if-then statements, variables, and events.
The KUBO Coding++ Single Bundle is intended to be shared by two to four students and is perfect for rotational center-based learning.
