The Fuel Cell System Demonstrator is a complete solar hydrogen system that enables students to conduct fuel cell experiments in the classroom.
On one side of the device is a solar module and proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolyser that uses solar power to produce hydrogen and oxygen. On the other side is a fuel cell that “burns” the hydrogen and some oxygen to yield electricity to run a fan.
Includes a 120-page textbook, Fuel Cell Technology, that explains the underlying principles of fuel cells and includes experiments and student worksheets.
