Description

Intended to extend the learning of the CTC Go! Core Module, the Motions Expansion Pack focuses on teaching the basics of motor connections and control with the aim of adding mobility to your projects.

This kit includes a toolbox contains a set of servo motors, batteries, and battery chargers as well as all the connectors, cables, mechanical parts, and tools needed to build the experiments. The Motions Expansion Pack includes a total of 14 learning sessions (45 minutes each) divided into four practical sessions, three guided projects sessions, and seven experimental sessions.

Through the use of this set students will:

  • Understand the basics of servo control.
  • Explore more complex programming concepts and controlling multiple attributes by reading data from sensors.
  • Develop creative ways of using resources and technology to design and develop physical computing projects.
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently to tackle real-world problems by following a design process.

Each Arduino Education CTC Go! Motions Expansion Pack can be added to a single CTC Go! Core Module to serve up to 24 students.The set is delivered in a handy plastic, stackable bin for storage and years of reuse.
