Dr. Harvey Dean
Dr. Harvey Dean is President and CEO of Pitsco, Inc. Harvey taught at the junior high, high school, and university levels before founding Pitsco in 1971. He holds Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, Doctorate of Education, and Specialist in Education degrees. He received the Champion Award from the National Modernization Forum, an organization sponsored by the National Institute for Standards in Technology, and the Industrial Leader Award from Pittsburg State University. He has also been recognized as a Pittsburg State University Outstanding Alumnus and received their Meritorious Achievement Award. In 1993, Inc. Magazine chose Dr. Dean as Entrepreneur of the Year. His 1997 book, Changing Education, received the Small Press Book Award. He and his wife, Sharon, reside in Pittsburg, Kansas, and have three adult children: Barry, a songwriter who resides in Pittsburg with his family; Krista, an architect in Dallas, Texas; and Jered, an engineering student at Colorado School of the Mines.

Lisa Paterni
As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Lisa directs the overall day-to-day activities of Pitsco by working with all supervisors to ensure that business is conducted the Pitsco way. She is also a member of the three-person management team that establishes the strategic direction of the company. A graduate of Pittsburg State University, she earned her BBA and her MBA in Accounting. Employed at Pitsco since 1994, Lisa, her husband, George, and two children reside in Pittsburg, Kansas.

Stephan Turnipseed
As Executive Vice President, Stephan has responsibility for the sales functions of Pitsco and its companies and activities that reside outside Pittsburg, Kansas, including Pitsco LEGO Educational Division, Advance School Equipment, and the Denford Strategic Alliance. He is a member of the three-person management team that establishes the strategic direction of the company. He began his career as an enlisted man in the Air Force and then managed business units for an oilfield service company before starting a leadership consultancy practice. He is the author of two books and a number of articles, and he teaches the Bible and Christian Doctrine. A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in electrical engineering, Stephan joined Pitsco in 1992. He resides in Pike Road, Alabama, with his wife, Joyce. Their son, Ian, attends Clemson University.

Jack Hemenway
As the Divisional Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Systems Division, Jack directs the sales and marketing efforts of Synergistic Learning Systems. Before joining Pitsco, Jack was an outside sales representative and retail store manager for an office equipment company in Nebraska. Upon joining Pitsco in January 1994, Jack moved to Wisconsin and was a field sales representative and field sales manager for two years before moving to the Pittsburg, Kansas, area in 1996. Jack and his wife, Glenda, have three grown children and reside in Carl Junction, Missouri.

Robin White-Mussa
As Vice President of Sales Support and Customer Relations, Robin directs overall relations between customers and Pitsco, and she oversees the sales initiatives with all product lines, both incremental and systemic. This includes post-sale follow-up and service. Prior to joining Pitsco in 1993, Robin managed key accounts and customer service for a photo-finishing firm. Robin, her husband, Bill, and twin daughters reside in Scammon, Kansas.

Matt Frankenbery
Matt is a former middle school teacher in Joplin, Missouri. During his teaching career, he was honored with the Golden Apple Teacher of the Year award. Prior to joining Pitsco, Matt co-owned Duct-Tape Learning, a middle level curriculum development company. He holds an elementary education degree from Pittsburg State University. As Director of Education, Matt oversees a variety of departments related to Pitsco's educational endeavors. These departments include Curriculum, Teacher Education, Development Technology, Communications, Editing, Quality Assurance, and Articulations. Matt and his wife, Shirley, have a daughter and son and reside in Pittsburg, Kansas.
