In an earlier “Grant Funding Leads” article, we referred to an R.L. Sharpe song noting that each person is given a “bag of tools” and must endeavor to make a “stepping stone.” The key to all positive change in education is a combination of great teachers and the curricula.  Highly effective teachers seek the most effective tools with which to build their students’ stepping stones.
